Supervisee in Social Work
Therapy is an investment in yourself. Whether you are facing a life transition, issues in relationships, or difficulty in managing the day to day, therapy can serve you in harnessing your strengths, finding self-compassion, and enjoying your life. During our time together you are free to explore all emotions, experiences, and relationships in a safe and nurturing place. Together we will explore patterns or beliefs that might be holding you back, and strategies for moving forward toward your best self.
I believe therapy can be a place for you to better understand your core motivations and needs, and who you want to be in the world. As a clinical social worker, my work with clients includes a social justice and systems theory framework that can help clients to better understand their situations. I also use an attachment lens that allows for greater insight into presenting issues.
I graduated with my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2017. I have two small children at home that keep me very busy, but in my free time I enjoy long walks, reading, movies, and laughing with friends.
