Deductibles & Copays

Each client is responsible for contacting their insurance if they have questions about their deductible or copay.

Deductibles often restart once a year and could possibly be high.

Adagio House will not be held responsible for any unknown unpaid deductible or copay.

$125 / per session

Resident in Counseling

$85 / per session

Graduate Intern

$30 / per session

Compassion Fund

Compassion Fund accounts for 10-15% of our caseload and is accessible by application only. Compassion Fund clients are reviewed every 6 months to determine continued eligibility and no client may remain on the compassion fund longer than one year.

If a client still needs assistance after one year, Adagio House can offer three options:

Monthly sessions at the same rate
Help applying for Medicaid
Help going to FAPT to obtain CSA funds for continued services

When the Compassion Fund caseload is full, a Compassion Fund waitlist will be created.

In addition to Compassion Fund, clients may be referred to our graduate interns who offer $30 sessions.

Make a donation

Our compassion fund supports hundreds of sessions each year, allowing us to provide counseling and respite services to un- and underinsured members of our community who are in need of care.

Payment Requirements

Clients must have a credit card on file.

Copays, self pay amounts, and late cancellation/no show fees will be charged to the card on file.

Invoices will be sent at the end of each month for outstanding balances and sessions will not be able to continue until balance is paid.

Balances more than 90 days past due may be sent to an outside collections agency.
